PROCOYCE

As from 2007, HVC developed PROCOYCE, a “Certified & Specialty Coffee Program” to promote sustainable trading of certified and specialty coffees from selected origins based on their geographic conditions and their quality potentials.

HVC has developed private alliances with Farmer Associations and Cooperatives in selected origins (Cusco, Junin, Amazonas).

HVC promotes the production of specialty coffees among Farmer Associations and Cooperatives by giving technical assistance in coffee cultivation, organizing Quality Control Workshops, and organizing private Cup Quality Contests in which Certified Q-Graders select the awarding coffees.

HVC is able to construct quality, based on (1) physical and (2) sensorial analysis (cupping) and deliver it from coffee farmers directly to our clients worldwide.
